We would like to thank you for your interest in our company. The responsible authority for the offer of this website is PADCON GmbH. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and like to inform you about our following privacy principles. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the relevant laws on data protection and IT security are observed. Below you will find out what information we may collect and how we use it.

We generally use your personal data to answer your enquiry, process your order or provide you with access to special information or offers. Within the scope of a registration, contact request or similar, you can voluntarily provide us with your personal data. In this context, it may be necessary to transfer your data to a group company. Your data will not be transmitted to third parties outside the Group unless your inquiry or the service or product you have requested explicitly states so. You will then be informed accordingly. If you wish, you can also provide us with personal data about applications that are integrated into our platform (e. g. contact forms or services that require the creation of user accounts). Log files and cookies

When you visit our website or access a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our Internet server. This means that when you visit our website, data is automatically collected and stored that your browser transmits to us.

This is the case:

This data is not assigned to specific persons and no combination of this data with other data sources is carried out. The data is stored for 6 months and then deleted. An exception is when there is a legal obligation to pass on data.

The transmission of your data from the Internet is partially unencrypted. As a result, unauthorized access by third parties cannot be completely excluded.

Links to external websites 

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, the content of which we cannot influence. For this reason, we cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. In each and every case, the third party making the linked website available or operating it is responsible for its content. When the link was created to these websites, they were reviewed as to whether they violated any laws. At the time the link was set, no content was recognizable that was in violation of the law. Furthermore, we cannot reasonably be expected to permanently control the content of the pages of third parties to which we have links if there is no concrete indication of a law being violated. However, should any such violations of the law become known to us, we will remove the link in question immediately.

Information about your right to object

You have the right to object at any time to processing of your data which occurs as the result of a balancing of interests, if there are grounds for objection arising from your particular situation. This also applies to any profiling based on this provision. If you lodge an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed unless we can show evidence of compelling, legitimate reasons for processing it which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if processing the information serves to assert, exercise or defend rights or legal claims. Anonymization of the IP address

In order to enable you to use our website anonymously, we have deliberately refrained from logging IP addresses. We will pseudonymise your IP address before storing it in our web server log file in a data protection compliant process. The pseudonymised IP addresses are used by us, for example, to detect and counteract attacks or to create web statistics.

Use of Google Analytics with IP-anonymization

This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our company’s newsletter, the data will be transmitted to the controller in the respective inpt mask.

When registering for the newsletter, the IP address of the user as well as the date and time of registration are saved. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or e-mail address of the person concerned. The data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception is when there is a legal obligation to pass on data.

The data will only be used for sending the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the person concerned at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter.

Use of social plugins

For data protection purposes, we have deliberately decided against using plug-ins of social networks. Therefore, there will be no generally automatic transfer to social networks as Facebook, XING or LinkedIn for example by accessing our website. Instead HME provides a hyperlink to the requested social network.

Our websites enables you – if you wish – to connect with social media operators like Facebook Inc., 1601 S. The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (black letter f on white background or a thumb up icon), the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”, a XING logo (black letter x on white background) for the XING button, a YouTube logo or a white “in” on a white background for LinkedIn.

Contact form / Blog function

On the website there is a contact form / blog function that can be used for electronic contact. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided e-mail address. If you contact us via one of these channels, the personal data transmitted by the person concerned will be automatically stored. The storage serves solely for the purpose of processing or contacting. The data will not be passed on to third parties. It is forbidden to use the contact form or the blog for offences that are illegal or punishable by law. Misconduct is passed on by us to the competent authority for further investigation.

We delete the personal data submitted as soon as they are no longer required and there are no other legal storage obligations or legal justifications for storage.
